How to Read Your Holistic Wellness Insight Report

Your report is designed to be read gently and reflectively rather than all at once. There is no need to understand or act on every resonance immediately. Begin with the Compassionate Overview, Key Healing Themes, and Central Healing Message, as these sections bring together the most significant patterns in simple language. Then read the sections that feel most relevant to you — such as emotional wellbeing, relationships, physical wellness, finances, career, or spiritual growth.

The resonance percentages are not medical test results, diagnoses, or measures of how “good” or “bad” something is. They indicate how strongly a particular piece of information appeared within the CoRe evaluation at the time of the session. A high positive or negative value may simply mean that the theme deserves closer reflection. The interpretation in the report helps place these individual resonances into a wider mind-body-spirit context.

You may find that some statements immediately make sense, while others do not. That is perfectly fine. Rather than trying to force a meaning, notice what naturally catches your attention, brings an emotional response, reminds you of something in your life, or gives you a new perspective. The Reflection Questions, Practical Action Plan, and Jin Shin Jyutsu® self-help suggestions are there to help turn awareness into gentle everyday practice.

The Appendix is mainly a reference section containing the original CoRe resonances and values. You do not need to analyse every item individually. It is usually more helpful to focus on the recurring themes that appear throughout the report.

Most importantly, treat the report as a tool for self-discovery rather than a prediction or diagnosis. Its purpose is to help you know yourself more deeply, recognise possible patterns, and consider practical ways to support greater balance and wellbeing. You are welcome to bring any questions, strong reactions, or areas that feel especially meaningful to your consultation so that we can explore them together.

“There is no right or wrong way to experience your report — read it slowly, return to it over time, and allow the insights that are useful to you to unfold naturally.”
